This website is purely informational. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts, images and videos are delivered together with the website; no connections are made to Google Fonts or similar services.

We host this website with Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes the data this technically requires: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address requested and technical details about your browser and operating system. This is the only way the website can be delivered and protected against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is delivering the website securely and quickly.

Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) and keeps it only as long as these purposes require. We do not analyse it ourselves. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. This is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in Cloudflare's data processing agreement; where Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the European Commission's adequacy decision applies in addition.

When you write to us or call us, we process your details (such as your name, email address or phone number and the content of your message) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering requests. Emails to our address are forwarded by Cloudflare (Email Routing) to our mailbox at Google (Gmail), and we send our replies through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., San Francisco, USA). Data may be transferred to the USA in the process; Resend relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We delete your details once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply (usually six years for business correspondence).

With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights against us:

You are not obliged to provide us with any data. Without the connection data that is technically necessary, however, the website cannot be delivered, and without contact details we cannot reply to you. We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling.

We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The version published here applies.
